It will provide participants with a thorough understanding of the M&A process and agreements associated with M&A transactions. Invited organizations will have the exclusive opportunity to enroll their professionals, free of charge. There are no prerequisites. Food and beverages will be served prior to each class.

We will apply to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy for CPE credit for this session. We are registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPE sponsor. This registration does not constitute an endorsement by the Board as to the quality of our CPE programs.
