Bristow Group Inc. - Bankruptcy Proceedings
Bristow Group Inc., BHNA Holdings Inc., Bristow Alaska Inc., Bristow Helicopters Inc., Bristow U.S. Leasing LLC, Bristow U.S. LLC, BriLog Leasing Ltd. and Bristow Equipment Leasing Ltd. (collectively, the "Debtors") in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, and in filing "first day" motions in order to allow the Debtors to proceed with the operation of their business in the ordinary course and pay prepetition claims of, among others, employees, insurance providers, utilities, critical vendors and taxing authorities and obtain continued access to cash collateral from their secured creditors.
