A co-founder and CEO of a major technology company and a leader in the entertainment industry in an Alien Tort Statute lawsuit brought by Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip against persons alleged to have financially supported Israeli Defense Forces in what are claimed to be war crimes. The district court granted our motion to dismiss on political question grounds and plaintiffs have appealed to the DC Circuit.
