Sale of Interest in Three Solar Companies
Global independent power producer in the financing, transactional and regulatory aspects of the sale of interest in Imperial Valley Solar 1, LLC and CSolar IV West, LLC to SunEdison LLC. This deal includes transfer of a 50% interest in a 200 MW utility-scale solar power plant located in California that is currently in operation and an approximately 20% interest in a 150 MW utility-scale solar power plant also located in California under development.
