The publication highlighted Kang’s nearly 30-year career litigating patent disputes and his role authoring a leading treatise on litigating patent cases in the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) as well as chapters in other books on litigating before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and on protecting patents in Asia.

Guy, the publication noted, “has more than 30 years’ experience in Silicon Valley as a patent litigator representing high-tech companies with complex patent, trade secret and commercial contract litigation needs.” He is currently representing DISH Network and DraftKings.

“Williams has appeared as counsel in more than 181 Patent Trial and Appeal Board trials, placing him among the top 25 most experienced PTAB litigators nationwide,” the publication noted. This is William’s fifth consecutive year of being recognized by the Daily Journal as a Top IP lawyer.
