What inspired you to become a lawyer?

I never found a subject matter so interesting until I took an undergraduate law course. I loved learning about legal rules and tests and how to apply them in specific instances to help people. I realized that I wanted to help any person who lacked the access or understanding of the law. At Baker Botts, I am realizing my dream every time I help both estate planning and pro bono clients achieve their goals and overcome their obstacles.
