Ms. Nguyen, who also serves as Deputy Department Chair for Litigation in the Houston office and firmwide Practice Group Chair for ERISA Litigation, is a skilled trial lawyer in high-stakes, complex commercial matters. Her practice focuses on energy litigation, pension and ERISA matters, real estate, and other significant disputes, including class action lawsuits. She represents clients in business litigation involving fraud claims, fiduciary obligations, contracts, and other business torts.
