Raghav Aggarwal is a Senior Technical Advisor in the firm's Palo Alto office. He has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the fields of computer software, hardware, automotive, telecommunications, and medical technologies. His technical experience is in a variety of computer-related areas including web applications, mobile applications, social networks, virtual reality, performance monitoring, product configuration, and e-commerce. Raghav has worked on both U.S. and international patent prosecution matters.

Raghav previously worked as a Patent Engineer at an IP boutique firm, where he prepared and prosecuted numerous patent applications for a number of high tech clients including Google, Staples, Toyota, HGST, as well as for various startups. He also worked in-house as an Intellectual Property Specialist at Carl Zeiss Meditec, Inc., where he prepared and prosecuted a number of patent applications in the field of ophthalmology, and led the company's intellectual property activities for ongoing innovation. Before coming into patent law, Raghav briefly worked as a Software Developer at Blue Coat Systems, Inc.
