Christina Bogdanski helps corporations navigate internal investigations and high-impact litigation. She is responsible for cases in many state and federal courts, including the Delaware Chancery Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Her work spans a variety of legal issues, including securities regulation and complex contract issues. Christina's experience includes drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting fact and expert discovery, and assisting in corporate internal investigations.
During law school, Christina served as an Alexander Fellow for the Honorable Colleen McMahon at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Working in the Southern District of New York honed her knowledge of substantive law on wide-ranging issues including employment discrimination litigation, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Christina is dedicated to assisting pro bono clients on a variety of matters. Her recent pro bono matters include representing clients seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in Family Court proceedings and in immigration removal proceedings. She previously represented a U.S. Army veteran in a benefits appeal case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims that resulted in a favorable outcome.
