Elizabeth Broussard is a litigation associate in the Washington D.C. office. Ms. Broussard represents companies and individuals in a broad range of white collar, antitrust, and civil litigation matters, involving ERISA, the False Claims Act, and securities fraud. Ms. Broussard is also committed to serving the community and has represented multiple clients on a pro bono basis in several types of immigration matters as well as habeas corpus petitions.
While in law school, Ms. Broussard worked as a student attorney for the Interdisciplinary Child Advocacy Clinic where she represented clients in custody and dependency hearings. She was also a student attorney for the Criminal Defense Clinic where she represented clients in their preliminary hearings in the Philadelphia Municipal Court.
Prior to law school, Ms. Broussard had a career in public accounting, specifically in the area of private wealth taxation.
