Matthew Chuning works on wide range of matters in the intellectual property space— including both U.S. district court litigation as well as patent prosecution. Matthew has litigation experience spanning early case strategy through jury trial. Specifically, he has experience with pleadings, infringement and invalidity analysis, claim construction, fact and expert discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Matthew has also worked on behalf of both Patent Owners and Challengers in inter partes review proceedings before the PTAB.
Matthew has varied subject matter experience working on topics such as oil and gas, aerospace, software, electronic hardware, and telecommunications among others.
Matthew’s Pro Bono experience involves volunteering with the Dallas Housing Crisis Center Legal Clinic.
In law school, Matthew worked as an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review.
