Therese Detablan is an associate in our Global Projects Practice based in New York. She counsels domestic and international clients on a broad range of financing-related transactions, focusing on renewable and alternative energy solutions and natural resources projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Detablan was an associate at another global law firm, working on debt and special situations transactions, including work in the energy space. She also has experience in public mergers and acquisitions transactions, representing a large private equity fund.
While in law school, Ms. Detablan co-authored a steward-ownership legal guidebook, in conjunction with her International Transactions Clinic at NYU and the non-profit organization, Purpose Foundation, where she helped outline the benefits of being a steward-owned business.
Prior to law school, Ms. Detablan was coxswain at Indiana University.
