Overview

As an Associate in the firm's Washington D.C. Environmental, Safety and Incident Response group, Sarah Douglas works on environmental litigation and regulatory compliance matters at the state and federal levels, including issues arising under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act.

Sarah graduated from Harvard Law School in 2021. While in law school, she was a Teaching Fellow for Administrative Law and a Senior Article Editor for the Harvard Environmental Law Review. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2017, where she received a B.S. in Environmental Engineering, specializing in fluid dynamics.
