Overview

Arsalan Eftekhar is a member of the firm's Global Projects group, where he represents both domestic and foreign companies in a broad range of energy-related transactions and projects.

Arsalan's practice includes experience in complex, onshore and offshore, upstream and midstream oil & gas A&D/M&A transactions. He also counsels public and private clients on LNG and Hydrogen project development and renewable power generation.

Before attending law school, Arsalan supported and implemented financial accounting software for major oil and gas companies in Houston, Dallas, and Oklahoma City. He routinely advised his clients on evolving trends in Joint Operating Agreements (JOAs) and supported multiple business requirements, such as Joint Interest Billing (JIB).
