Nick Frey is an Associate in the Tax department of the firm's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on assisting clients with U.S. federal income tax matters, including tax controversy, tax planning, and energy investment tax credits.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Mr. Frey gained valuable tax controversy experience defending taxpayers through the pro-bono Tax Appeals Assistance Program operated by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration.
