Joshua is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice of the firm's New York office. He has experience in intellectual property matters including patent litigation and prosecution, and advises clients regarding freedom to operate and non-infringement opinions. Joshua also has experience working across many diverse fields of technology including medical devices, consumer products, and FinTech.

While attending law school, Joshua served as a judicial extern at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Prior to law school, Joshua was a mechanical design engineer for a defense contractor.
