Natasha Gandhi is a senior associate in Baker Botts’ Corporate practice. She advises clients on a variety of complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
Prior to her legal career, Natasha worked for a Big Four accounting firm, performing valuation analysis of equity and intangibles for financial, tax and acquisition purposes.
