Jordan Hahn is a Partner in the Tax department of the firm's Dallas office. His practice focuses on advising clients on the tax aspects of a variety of international and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, securities offerings, financings, joint ventures, and spin-offs. He regularly advises clients in the energy, private equity, technology, and real estate sectors and has significant experience with transactional matters involving pass-through entities.
