Overview

Reilly Hobson is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department. Reilly represents public and private companies as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. Reilly also advises clients in a variety of general corporate matters such as corporate governance, SEC reporting and disclosure. He has worked with clients in the energy, digital infrastructure and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industries.

Prior to beginning his practice as a corporate lawyer in New York, Reilly worked as a legal extern in the Economic Crimes Unit of the United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey, where he helped investigate corporate and securities fraud.
