Overview

Iselin Juhl Johannessen's practice focuses on international arbitration and dispute resolution. She has over four years experience working in the Middle East and regularly advises clients on a variety of disputes in areas including oil and gas, construction and general commercial disputes. She has experience in handling a wide range of arbitration and litigation disputes, including arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA and DIAC, as well as through court litigation in the English Courts and the UAE Courts.

Iselin also regularly assists the corporate practice on a broad range of matters, including transactional deals and regulatory compliance.

  • Private security company in linked DIAC arbitrations in a dispute relating to the provision of security services in Afghanistan

  • International organization in a dispute regarding the supply of goods and services in the UAE, Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
