Tyler Kendler represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate matters. Tyler also advises clients on securities compliance issues, including Exchange Act reporting.
During law school, Tyler interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission. From 2022-23 he served on the Executive Board of the Business and Finance Law Review.
