Overview

Elizabeth Kirkland represents public and private companies and private equity funds in connection with complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters. She also advises clients regarding corporate governance and SEC compliance and disclosure, including Exchange Act reporting.

Prior to her legal career, Elizabeth worked for PwC Deals Valuation, performing valuation analysis of businesses and intangible assets for financial and tax purposes
