Overview

As an associate in the firm’s Corporate group, Henry Klimowicz specializes in complex transactional matters involving public and private companies, including both domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures.

Henry has represented numerous private equity firms and other strategic investors within the technology, media, telecommunications (TMT), digital infrastructure and energy industries. He also advises clients with general corporate governance matters, securities offerings and compliance issues (including Exchange Act reporting).

Before beginning his practice as a transactional lawyer in New York, Henry worked as a legal extern for both the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
