Overview

Joshua Lee represents clients in all aspects of environmental law, including litigation, regulatory counseling and advocacy, and corporate matters. He rejoins the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the Honorable A. Marvin Quattlebaum Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Joshua's legal analysis and attention to detail has led to favorable outcomes for a broad range of clients, such as public utilities and chemical companies. His work spans a variety of legal issues, including the Clean Air Act, Endangered Species Act, toxic tort class action lawsuits, and various state and local environmental laws.

Joshua is also actively involved with pro bono and community outreach efforts. As sole pro bono counsel he represented a client in a housing condition lawsuit and secured repairs to the client's satisfaction. He also coaches public high school students in the Street Law mock trial competition.

Outside the office, Joshua enjoys playing golf and squash, and he is constantly on the search for the best restaurants in the D.C. area. Before law school, Joshua served in the South Korean Army, administering military research and supervising troop members in the Korea Military Academy.
