Overview

Dr. Nick H. Lee is an Associate and a Registered Patent Agent admitted to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Dr. Lee focuses on patent matters, with an emphasis on engineering, biomaterials, biochemistry, molecular biology, and biotechnology. Dr. Lee's work includes patent application prosecution, intellectual property due diligence, and litigation support.

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Lee was a post-doctoral researcher at Columbia University Medical Center. His research explored immune pathways in inflammatory brain diseases. Dr. Lee's graduate research focused on novel biomaterials implicated in bone implant arthroplasties.

Dr. Lee has published his findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has presented at national/international conferences.
