Claire Mahoney is a litigation associate in the Houston office of Baker Botts. She represents clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters in state and federal court, including commercial disputes, energy and securities litigation, and personal injury and property damage claims.

Prior to joining Baker Botts, Claire clerked for the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division. She was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Eli J. Richardson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
