Overview

Josh Mandell's practice focuses on federal income tax planning and controversy matters. Mr. Mandell regularly counsels clients on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, debt and equity offerings, and debt restructurings. Mr. Mandell also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service at Exam and in Appeals.
