Pallavi Mathur's practice encompasses a range of intellectual property matters, including high technology patent litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, due diligence, licensing, and supporting the IP aspects of M&A transactions and software-as-a-service (SaaS) arrangements. Her background in electrical engineering includes experience with microprocessors, circuit design, data management systems, electric vehicle technology, cybersecurity, and software development.
During law school, Ms. Mathur participated in the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, where she served as Executive Articles Editor. Her student note was selected for publication and awarded the Lowden-Wigmore Prize for best written contribution.
