Patent litigator Morgan Mayne offers the best of both worlds – a passionate attorney who digs deep into each case’s particular facts and technology, and an artful storyteller who crafts those details into a powerful narrative. Morgan has helped clients both pursue and defend themselves from litigation in district courts across the country, including throughout Texas, the Northern District of California, and before the ITC. Having handled cases from both sides, she’s able to anticipate and out-strategize her opposing counsel. Her clients include some of the country’s leading telecommunications, video streaming, semiconductor, electronics, and network security companies. 

In addition to her practice and in honor of her family’s veterans, Morgan volunteers with the Veteran’s Consortium Pro Bono Program, which provides pro bono legal services to veterans and their family members. She also serves on the Baker Botts Employment Committee, and the Membership Committee of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association.
