Mark Oda works in a variety of intellectual property practice areas across a wide range of technological fields. In particular, Mr. Oda has significant experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation, and post-grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Mr. Oda received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2018 where he was the President of the Hastings Intellectual Property Association. He earned a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Project Management from Santa Clara University in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University in 2005.
