  • The construction financing for the first Opportunity Zone project in Houston.
  • South Station, a multi-use, multi-phase, private-public development above the South Station transportation center in Boston involving multiple venture partners, the first Phase of which is more than $1.4 billion.
  • The Parks at Walter Reed, a multi-use, multi-phase, private-public combined horizontal and vertical development project in Washington, D.C. for over 8 million square feet of development involving multiple venture partners and debt sources.
  • The disposition of The Rim, the largest shopping center in Texas, including the sale of 15 outparcels to individual buyers and the sale of the main shopping center.
  • The refinancing of office buildings and mixed-use projects in Washington, D.C.
  • The financing of One Vanderbilt and One Madison in New York City.
  • The Permanent financing for multiple residential, office, mixed-use and industrial projects in Texas, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Colorado, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.
  • The disposition of real property on behalf of an SEC receivership.
  • The acquisition of real property assets in a $6.5 billion energy transaction.
