  • Southland Royalty Company, private-equity sponsored E&P oil and gas company with interests in over 8,000 wells throughout Wyoming, New Mexico, and Colorado, debtor in a chapter 11 restructuring.
  • Citibank, N.A., administrative agent and lender under a revolving credit agreement in connection with the chapter 11 cases of Valaris plc and certain of its subsidiaries, the world's largest offshore driller by fleet size.
  • Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, agent for first lien secured lenders, in a Chapter 11 restructuring of energy and production company, Breitburn Energy Partners, with aggregate liabilities of approximately $3.5 billion.
