Overview

Rachel Rasp is a senior associate in the firm's Antitrust and Competition Practice. She has counseled clients in a wide variety of matters across multiple industries, including retail, music, oil & gas, and automotive, along with experience in matters across the healthcare and life sciences industries. Rachel's merger experience spans the entirety of the merger review and investigation process before the Department of Justice Antitrust Division (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), other federal agencies, and state Attorneys General.

Rachel also assists clients with compliance counseling and policy development; she counsels on numerous antitrust issues related to HSR, contracting, data access issues, unilateral conduct, joint ventures, and many others.

Prior to joining Baker Botts, Rachel worked as an associate at another large international law firm.
