Lucy works on a variety of intellectual property matters, primarily focusing on trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.
She also advises clients on trade dress, advertising, and domain name disputes.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Lucy was an associate at a national litigation law firm, where her practice focused on patent litigation.
While attending Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, Lucy participated as a student attorney in its Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic where she assisted individuals with their intellectual property needs on a pro bono basis. Lucy also served as a legal intern in the Microenterprise Program at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and as a legal intern at International Paper and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
