Experience

  • Represented Plaintiff/Original Defendant in competitor oil and gas patent case and obtained settlement for client after jury was sent back to deliberate. In a Judge-monitored Q&A with jury after settlement was reached, jurors informed the parties they were going to find infringement.
  • Represented Plaintiff in competitor trade secret case in which the jury awarded our client $70 million in compensatory damages and $140 million in exemplary damages. 
  • Patent Prosecution experience in aerospace, mechanical systems, business method technologies, and more. 
  • Handed pre-suit disputes and negotiations with a competitor in the aviation-agriculture space. 
  • Currently representing intervenor-defendant, supplier of co-defendant wireless carrier, in a patent case involving multi-antenna beamforming technology (5G network is accused product).
