Overview

Regan Vicknair advises publicly and privately held corporate borrowers and issuers, private equity funds, investment banks, commercial banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, working capital credit facilities, asset-based financings, secured and unsecured term lending and syndicated loans. Regan also represents issuers and underwriters in secured and unsecured high-yield debt offerings.
