Overview

Suzana Vukasinovic's practice focuses on cross-border M&A transactions for corporates and private equity sponsors, with a particular focus in the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors. She has extensive experience across multiple jurisdictions, including emerging markets.

Suzana is dual qualified in England & Wales and Australia and is fluent in Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian.

Suzana commenced her career as a research associate (judicial law clerk) to the then President Carmel McLure, AC QC of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. She qualified at a magic circle firm, and prior to joining Baker Botts, was an associate in the corporate and private equity team at another leading U.S. firm.
