Overview

Kirstie represents clients across the country in state and federal court. She works on both sides of the docket, representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial matters, including intellectual property disputes, shareholder and securities litigation, consumer class actions, and complex contract disputes. Kirstie has experience conducting pre-litigation factual investigations, drafting and responding to discovery requests, and briefing dispositive motions.

Prior to joining Baker Botts, Kirstie served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Justice Nathan L. Hecht of the Supreme Court of Texas.
