Spencer Withers is an associate in the Baker Botts Global Projects group. Mr. Withers counsels domestic and international clients on a broad range of energy-related transactions and projects.

He focuses his practice on the cross-border representation of public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and general corporate and business matters. He has represented clients in various industries in both the U.S., Canada, and other cross-border deals, including energy, renewables, oil & gas, mining, and finance.
