Pilseon Yoo focuses his practice on post-grant review proceedings, patent litigation, and prosecution. Before joining the firm, Pilseon worked at Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., where he handled various intellectual property matters, including analyzing patents in connection with patent disputes, developing offensive patents, and negotiating license agreements.

Before law school, Pilseon worked as a circuit design engineer at Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and SK Hynix Inc. for about seven years. While working there, he developed high-end NAND Flash memory devices, integrated into premium smartphones and data centers. Thanks to his unique experience as in-house counsel and as an engineer, Pilseon has a keen understanding of both clients' needs and complex technologies.
