She counsels public and private clients on upstream and midstream acquisitions and divestures, energy project development, liquified natural gas projects and other energy-related matters.

LNG and Project Development

  • Public energy company – development of project to construct offshore floating production system (FPS), including equity arrangements and agreements related to operation of the FPS

  • Private energy company – negotiation of liquefaction tolling agreement for international liquefaction project
  • Sempra LNG – project development counsel to Sempra LNG in respect of the Port Arthur LNG Liquefaction project, including negotiation of equity arrangements, LNG SPAs, and agreements related to facility usage
