Benjamin Zeter is a member of the Energy Projects and Transactions section of the firm's Global Projects Practice. His practice focuses on the representation of public and private entities in project finance transactions, project development and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Baker Botts, Ben worked in the Austin, Texas office of an international law firm on various transactions for energy and infrastructure projects, acquisitions and divestitures.
