Baker Botts is delighted to host an Extended Virtual M&A Primer series. The first session will be held on Tuesday 23 February 2021 at 4pm (GMT) 

The sessions are an extension of four virtual M&A primer sessions that were held in December 2020. Whilst the sessions in December focused on US mergers and acquisitions practice, these upcoming sessions will outline the key contrasts and differences when considering international M&A transactions. 

This series is for in-house legal as well as corporate, investment banking and private equity professionals. 

Reflective of our firm’s cross-border and one-team approach, the sessions will be hosted by partners from the US, London and the Middle East.

The first session in the series hosted by London based Partner Derek Jones, US based Partner Mollie Duckworth and Middle East based Partner Haitham Hawashin, will be the first of two sessions covering key differences in international purchase agreements.
