Baker Botts Partners Nick Collins, Lewis Jones and Martin Toulouse presented the Baker Botts Energy Lawyer School session, "Financing Energy Transactions," which focused on assessing the challenges and opportunities in view of Pandemic-led structural changes in access to finance for energy projects and transactions: from continued challenges for E&P financing, through to the stronger market for well-structured midstream and downstream fossil fuel projects and the now arguably mature market for renewable energy projects, and with a look-ahead to energy transition.
