Anti-suit injunctions (ASIs) are a legal remedy that have been applied by courts to prevent a party from pursuing parallel proceedings in another jurisdiction. The use of ASIs has grown in Standard Essential Patent (SEP) litigation and disputes over FRAND licensing commitments.
