NEW YORK, February 3, 2022 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international technology, energy and life sciences law firm, announced today that it was recognized as one of the firms with the highest winning rates in U.S. District Court patent challenges between 2016 and 2021. Docket Navigator reported in its “2021 Patent Litigation Year in Review” report that Baker Botts had a win rate of 96.2% during that time period, substantially outperforming the average rate.

Docket Navigator research also revealed that Baker Botts’ Intellectual Property Department  ranked among the 2021 top-five firms for defensive-side U.S. district court patent cases and for the number of petitioner proceedings at the PTAB.
