Overview

Mr. Al-Rasheed founded the firm in 1993 to provide legal services to Saudi and foreign clients in the fields of civil, commercial, and Shari’a law. His practice encompasses a wide range of transactional work, as well as litigation and arbitration on behalf of Western and Arab clients, which includes some of the Kingdom’s largest businesses. Cases handled by him include investment disputes, real estate transactions, contracting activities, insurance, land and sea transport and television services.

Mr. Al-Rasheed received his LL.B. from King Saud University in Riyadh in 1990 and upon graduation received his license to practice before the courts and tribunals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is also a member of the Arabian Arbitration Board in Paris and the Arab Arbitrators Commission in Cairo. Mr. Al-Rasheed is proficient in English, as well as being fluent in his native Arabic.
