Mr. Biggs' practice is focused on international arbitration. He has advised and represented clients in the energy, resources and construction sectors. He has experience acting in both commercial and investment arbitrations in a variety of jurisdictions in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
Mr. Biggs has an LL.M from Queen Mary University London, a master's degree in international economic law from Sciences Po Law School Paris and bachelor's degrees in law and international relations from the University of Queensland, Australia. He is qualified in New South Wales, Australia. He also speaks French.
Mr. Biggs is a lecturer of international arbitration at Queen Mary University, London. He has published and presented on a number of arbitration and international law topics.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Mr. Biggs was an associate at a U.S. law firm in Paris.
