Peter Frintzilas is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. Peter represents public and private companies in a range of corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to law school, Peter worked in the corporate and partnership tax group of a Big Four accounting firm. Peter holds an MS in Taxation and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in New York.
