Deal Description: Sunnova Energy International Inc. (“Sunnova”) (NYSE: NOVA), a leading U.S. residential solar and energy storage service provider, announced today the closing of its twelfth solar loan securitization and its eighteenth residential solar securitization.

The securitization includes $166 million in AA-sf rated 5.30% notes, $33.9 million in A-sf rated 6.00% notes, and $27.1 million in BBBsf rated 7.00% notes with an Anticipated Repayment Date of February 20, 2031, and a final maturity of February 20, 2051.

The notes are backed by a diverse portfolio of 6,978 solar rooftop systems distributed across more than 21 states and territories.
